150cc Buggy

Hello. I wonder if it is compulsory for me to register and insure my buggy 150cc Canada, Ontario. I am only planning to use in legal trails / roads and will be using a trailer to transport it. If it is operated out of private property, it must be recorded, and at least have liability.
