It has a Volkswagen rear, front and trans. I was wondering if u can connect a pulley to the engine and transmission, and to strap it. I do not want to go fast. But as 20-25 mph. I would especially like to keep low speed for power. I just wondered if it would work.

Believe it or not, yes you can. I have a friend who makes a Subaru, and it was great! low power, but it would be nice to move. If this is a stick, just put a pulley or sprocket on it and use a centrifugal clutch on the engine.
