Geely Moped2003 Geely 50cc scooter wiring diagram?

I just bought a 2003 Geely moped. first type of vehicle so I have never owned. It launches and runs fine but the only thing that works on electricity it is the horn???? fuel gauge also does not work. Does anyone know if theres a fuse in this thing that can be burned or if I could get a wiring diagram.

Try replacing the battery, I had a 2003 Geely, and had specific problems which I never had a brand new battery started to work a lot!
