How to install graphic in the pit bikes?

So you have a shiny new template. Before even thinking of getting him out of the packaging you need to prepare your dirt bike plastics. If you get this bad play, then you end up with a pretty second rate result.

Look closely at your plastics, if they are sufficiently scuffed and scratched or have the main grooves of great speed down, it may be interesting to watch replace. Before applying your template for your motocross dirt bike plastics do need to be in reasonable condition.
Replacement parts are relatively inexpensive plastic these days, OEM (original) plastics can still be expensive, but with companies like Acerbis manufacturing dirt bike plastics for almost all types of bikes, dressing up your bike should not cost a bomb.
Preparation

First remove the old stickers, a heat gun or hair dryer will soften them so they come off easy. Then comes the most important part of the whole process, the cleaning of plastics. If there is still sticker residue on your plastics you can remove it with a cleaner contact and I found that rubbing alcohol works well.
Once the residue is removed to look for hot soapy water and scrub your dirt bike plastics, as they have never been cleaned before! They must be perfectly clean. Rinse and let dry well.
Application of your graphics card

Now, the tricky, it will be much easier with two sets of hands to try to find someone to help you. With your heat gun or hair dryer first warm your dirt bike plastics up particularly if it is cold where you work.

With a large sticker like a radiator shroud, peel a small portion of the edge and fold the flat below. Now you can stick just the small section to sail and lay flat against the sticker on the Shroud of lines ensure everything in place. Pay attention to the cutouts for bolt holes, etc.

If everything looks good peel back a little more support and continue to work your way along, taking care to remove air bubbles. Apply a little heat as you go, this softens the sticker and makes it easier to stick on curved sections of your plastics.

Once the whole sticker is applied, squeeze out air bubbles and give him a good scrubbing with a rag while applying a bit more heat, which ensures that it has stuck well.

If you find any time you have an air bubble that you can not press on the edge, just prick it with a pin and get rid of the air that way.

Once I had some motocross graphics made by a guy whose favorite method of applying stickers was to get a spray bottle filled with soapy water and lightly spray the surface you're applying the sticker. It would then Peel the backing off the sticker completely and put the sticker on.

Soapy water is supposed to allow you to slide the sticker into position and you scrape the water from underneath and let them dry. I have never used this method, but if you think it sounds easier, give it a go. Go for more information: www.fiveoracing.com
