I have a 1931 Matchless Motorcycle & told us that Enfield is a wheel that correct? Parts exchange between brands was very popular at the time early in the bike, and was an early form of customization. It was also quite common to improve the braking capability of taking a bicycle brakes and wheel hubs of another bike and laces wheels of your bike.
If you can find part numbers or marks etched in the hub brakes or rim of your outstanding, it may be possible to trace the original source documents.
