Minibus Hire Glasgow

I am organizing a trip to Liverpool and the need to hire a minibus with 15 seats, but keep getting hit with minimum driver age of 25.
I'm only 23 years, nobody knows where I can rent a car at my age?
The trip is next month and I'm in real trouble.

rental car ... Boulivard self ... Great Western Route ... u can get their phone n in the directory ... oh and they are cheap ... but do not expect the new buses .... but they behave well and are reliable.
I fall else fails and u have a lot of pillows, you can always recruit me and my van lol

Have you tried Arnold Clark. It could be as cheap to rent a minibus with driver. There are loads of companies in the yellow pages.
