What happens if you hide the vehicle must be taken? I am threatened with a takeover ... It is a mountain bike and I moved so they do not know where it is they want it back, but I want to keep. Not in my name and the owner does not care about what happens if they do not find it and can not take it back?
Who steals - and they remain on the person who borrowed the money for her, stalking him day and night and anyone who knows ... Friends, AQUAINT, parents ... until they drop out who has or is ... they have the means to find. It just looks really bad on your part. Justdo the right thing and does it for the parking of the place that holds the loan on it and drop it .. the keys in the payment window. You will have a clear conscience.
Give it to me. If someone comes on my property, I karate chop his head.
You're ghetto. If you want a bike go buy one.
When they visit, they can and will make your life worse than it will, just give back, and stop all of this child like behavior, they need their money just like you ..... .
They can not do anything for you legally. The ATV is not in your name and the owner does not care so do not worry. If they find the bike, they have the right to take, so if you come home one day and there is no do not be surprised. If they can not find the vehicle and it goes past a certain time the courts will not even mess with it. Make sure you do not take it anywhere premises for some time and if you try to use the disguise somehow.
I think the owner will care when it will get a loan in the course of the future and can not because of it. Basically, we fly ... Just let them repossess ... he will be screwed, not you. After all, it is not yours to begin with. The owner seems like an idiot ... Why would you ruin your credit on an ATV.
Think for a second. You are dishonest. And the owner will still pay, sooner or later. A repo is what happens before they sue. (They will continue the difference if the repo, because the entire amount if they can not repo.)
you can offer to the bank to buy the ATV for the price to be paid on the loan
or else they will eventualy the track and take
it is probobly not smart to keep it if it is not in your name Becaus the owner could not report Stollen

You can go to jail.
When I was a police officer, I had to stop people in situations like yours - twice if I'm correct.
Recovery is a legal document, and lock in hiding an object is to deprive the rightful owner (the repossessor) of its legal ownership.
Do not go to jail - it's something that will be in your file (the flight), the rest of your life.

A couple of things can happen. One, the owner may be presented with a warrant for hindering a secured creditor. If it is discovered that you were helping to hide the vehicle knowingly, you too will be charged. Man, I'd give four wheels or you may be able to conclude arrangements with the creditor to take over payments. Hope this helps.
I want a Porsche. It does not make the right to take it without pay.
You are nothing more than a common thief, and I hope that you have to pay the consequences.
You are stealing your "friend" because he is on the hook for the loan. He will go to collections, and debt will follow the HTE for 7 years after it paid off - if ever it.
You are stealing the bank. Because you have this toy without paying. Someone has to pay for things, even you.
Why is it so difficult for people not doing the right thing? Giving the ATV to the bank and stay out of hte being placed.
