I built a 1998 Honda Joker (2,000 miles only) and want to make sure I get a fair price. It is a Japanese import and rare.

Being on imports and Jap are rare will reduce its value because of difficulties in obtaining spare parts, etc.
There really are lots of sites for this info. Just go to Google and type "scooters used in the research field"
That is what anyone on here to give you an answer had to do.
