Towing a trailer on a pony regular driver's license? Hello I was wondering if anyone knows if I could get a little pony in a trailer with my van lightwieght without further driving test? I know you can drive some boxes on a regular driver's license and was wondering what the rules for trailers, as if I could, but only to a certain weight?
Thank you for any help

Depends when you passed your driving test (Google because I do not remember) after that date and you should take another test to tow a trailer, trailer weight is immaterial.
Please keep in mind that the saloons and "fun" 4x4 (like Freelanders and Ravs) are not suitable for towing trailers horse, even if the ratios along the sidewalk appear to fall within legal limits. The contents of a caravan does not move - not a horse. Most of the articles in magazines recommend LR Horse magazine discovered that the best vehicles for towing horse trailers (or defenders who are LR lesscomfortable to humans)
No, not if you passed your driving test after 1996 - you have to take another test for a double axle trailer, trailers are the most horses.
MS and I live in Ireland and I think its fine here, but do not know about the United Kingdom .................
