Snowmobile Troubleshooting

Posted on April 25, 2010.
Snowmobile TroubleshootingHave a DIAMO Torino 08 and why cannot help it does not run.?

I think its the carb .... not sure. It will idle (although almost), but will NOT rev without spritz micro ether. have not seen signs of a dirty fuel system EVERYTHING. The lady who owns it said she tried to start it with the old gas, but it would not start, I refreshed with brand new gas (just to get home to work for her) and drained it all, replaced by new 91 octane. I also cast a little foam. I have much experience with Clean Snowmobile and all carbohydrates rigamarole involved with junk season with snowmobiles. This thing was not done since last summer, and I thought that the procedures are the same, except there is no visible sign of dirty gas, other than feel old. nothing.

It takes only the smallest bit of "junk" varnish or block a needle, you would not necessarily see anything. Check the rubber around the carb too.
