Vespa dealer sold me a 2008 when I thought I bought a 2009? Purchased what I thought was a 2009 LX150. Says 2009 on the reception and on the work paper submitted to the DMV.
However, the wine known as 2008. Having a problem with a dead battery that they have tried to make me pay.
I am not happy with the experience together. What legal recourse do I have? Ideally, I would like to make.
This may be similar to cars and they were built in 2008 as a 2009 model.
Many 2009 models were built in 2008.
Your chance to return to that or a dead battery to zero.
This is not the fault of dealerships you do not know that cars are often built last year.
How do you think a new car may come years before the new year will be there?
You got what you paid for. A new car.
The fact that you are not happy is not really important.

Finally, I would bet that the VIN identifies the car actually in the code as a 2009 model.
He said probably manufactered 08.10 or something. It is a model 09. They didn't do so 08s.
I am not happy with the experience together. What legal recourse do I have? Ideally, I would like to make.

In an ideal world, the mistake you made do not check the VIN of a vehicle that you buy does not come back to bite you ... and in an ideal world, you should be able to break your contract without penalty and be a remedy.
This is not an ideal world and you have no recourse.
