Vespa Motorcycle

I can not afford a car these days. I can not make payments on a car because it's too expensive. The purchase of a motorcycle, a Vespa or how to do in my situation? Which is better?

In general, I would say no. Especially if it's raining where you live. There are too many situations where you prefer to have a car. You have virtually no storage space on a Wheeler 2, you can only carry 2 people and its just not practical at all THE TIME.
