Warren Winch

Warren WinchIs this a winch fourwheeler be acceptable if it goes under water?

I just received a £ 2500 Warren winch on my fourwheeler and before going into deep water, I just want to know that it will not screw electric or anything.

You'll be fine. Jeepers around the world to drive through the deepest waters and are usually on the front winches, Warn winch you is probably the best you can get these, I believe that all electronic devices are sealed, and you do can not hurt them by immersing them in water! Have fun with this winch sweet!

Where is the air intake? the air intake will limit the depth of the water, you can travel. If you suck water into the engine, it will die. the height of the exhaust is also important ... but not so when you burn through a puddle.

Make sure that the intake valves are never overwhelmed, if you suck water into the pistons, you fry in the water is not oxidizing. The exhaust gases will not matter so much if you have your speed increases. You could probably buy a new air intake for more cheapish. And yes jeeps and can go underwater, but look closer, they have a tuba, usually at the back of the windshield and the door.
