Yerf Dog 3206

I have a dog YERFs 3206 or 3209 Go Kart (not sure if its or3209 3206 because I got confused on the site I found it on) but it is red and gray. He has an electric starter. i cannot get it to start. I got it for Christmas 2008 brand new. The other day I tried to get it to turn and it didn't start. He made the engine run as he was leaving, but it never started. i smell gas so I thought it was flooded so I came out today and it wouldnt start again a half a tank of gas in it. what could be the problem???? I checked all the son none of them are torn or offline. please help and whoever gives me info that it works better Thank gets first info !!!!!

Check the circuit breaker is off!
